Feedback and complaints

If something is not right, we want to hear it. Raising a concern will never affect the supports you receive, and you can do it without giving your name.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 000.

You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly at any time on 1800 035 544, or the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline on 1800 880 052. You do not have to come to us first.

What happens after you send this

  1. We acknowledge it within 2 business days.
  2. Someone independent of the issue looks into it.
  3. We tell you what we found and what we are changing, within 21 days.
  4. If you are not satisfied, we help you take it to the NDIS Commission.

What are you telling us about?
Who are you?
Use your own words. Include dates, places and who was involved if you can remember them, but do not worry if you cannot.
An apology, a change to how something is done, a different staff member — whatever matters to you.

Contact details

All of this is optional. If you leave it blank we will still investigate, but we will not be able to tell you the outcome.

An interpreter, Easy Read, a support person present, contact by phone rather than email — tell us and we will arrange it.
